The complainant has filed this complaint praying for possession of his apartment with all amenities as agreed upon in the agreement. The registered agreement for sale was executed on 22nd December 2014.

The matter came up for hearing on 27th October 2017. The complainant stated that he has taken the possession as on the said date but the apartment lacks many facilities that were to be provided as agreed in the agreement. Therefore, he approaches MahaRERA.

On the other side, the respondent said that the complainant doesn’t raise any issues at the time of accepting the possession on the said date.

Conclusion by MahaRERA

In View of the above matter, MahaRERA declared that this matter is relating to possession and does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
