RERA IN GUJARAT

RERA went into effect in Gujarat on May 4, 2017. Gujarat RERA, or GUJRERA, is primarily concerned with ensuring the security and transparency of the real estate industry. It also helps to strengthen the state's real estate sector while protecting the interests of both homeowners and developers.
