Summary Case Summary The complainant alleges that the respondent is delaying the delivery of the office space purchased by him. The complainant has already paid the respondent and also executed the sale agreement. The respondent is taking interest from the complainant in spite of the delay. The respondent has argued by showing that the office space is not a part of the project registered with the MahaRERA Authority. The office space is included in a part which has already received occupation certificate. Conclusion by MahaRERA The complainant accepts the fact that the office space is not a part of the registered project. Thus, the complainant is not liable for any compensation. Hence, the complaint is disposed. |
