Summary

The complainants booked flats with the respondent in their projects,namely "Marg Brindavan" at Pondur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. and paid advance and futher amounts as agreed by them.The respondent shall pay the complianants the amounts at the interest rate, conpensation and other charges as per the finding in the answer of this order within 30days from the date of issue of this order.The complainants shall exceuted the cancellation of agreements and sale deed of the UDS land, as the case may be,on satisfaction of their claims at respondent's cost.
