Haryana Government passed RERA in Haryana on 29 July 2017. Haryana is one of the country's fastest growing states. It is also one of the states with the fastest urbanisation rates. Its urban population has expanded at a 4.42 percent annual pace over the last ten years, thanks to a huge number of state-of-the-art planned townships and urban estates.
Haryana is also in the forefront of urban development in the country. It is a place of potential for entrepreneurs, real estate developers, and apartment buyers. Haryana Government has decided to establish two Real Estate Regulatory Authorities, one for the district Gurugram and another for the rest of the State, in order to facilitate organic and systematic growth of real estate and to establish transparent and harmonious relationships between estate developers and apartment buyers. Haryana's government is totally dedicated to facilitating orderly expansion in the real estate sector and protecting apartment buyers' rights.
