The Complainants said, he had booked the two flats bearing Nos. A-201 and A-203 of Rs.6,26,194/- and 6,10,390/- .However, due to the financial constraints, they canceled the booking on 26-04-2014.

The Complainants appealed for the refund of the booking amount paid by them in the year 2013. He alleged that the respondent paid them only Rs.1Lac each and the balanced amount is still outstanding.

For the above aforesaid fact, the matter was heard on 24^th October 2017. During the hearing, the complainant contended that the respondent has handed over the cheques dated 23-10-2017 amounting to Rs.5, 26,194/- and Rs.5, 10,390/- .Therefore, the complainants have filed an application for withdrawal and the application is taken as a record.

Hence, the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
