Change in Bank Account under RERA
If a promoter wishes to change the name of a registered real estate project, they must apply for approval from the respective State RERA Authority. Such a change can only be made after obtaining written permission from RERA and is subject to valid justification and supporting documents.
Documents Required
- Application letter for change in project name
- Board Resolution / Authorization letter
- Copy of original RERA Registration Certificate
- Copy of approved layout plan and sanction letter
- NOC from financial institution (if applicable)
- Updated advertisement / brochure reflecting new project name
- Declaration that there is no change in ownership, layout, or project details
- Any other document as required by the Authority
