Case Summary

The Complainant alleges that the respondents have not given the due 50% share of land to him. The complainant also claims that the respondents had faked the agreement between them and changed the dimensions of the land area and did not provide the proper number of parking. He also complains that one of the respondents has been using two different names.

The respondents argued that the Agreement between them was formed in 2012, before five years from now. Thus, there is no actual point in the allegations of the complainant.

The two different names were used because of a typographical mistake. The respondents made available all the necessary documents for the same. All the other factors have been applied as per the Agreement formed between the complainant and the respondent.

Conclusion by MahaRERA

MahaRERA Authority has observed that there are 40 co-owners of the land of the project area. The respondents have not provided the relevant information. All other matters are due to the personal disputes between them.

The Authority directs the complainant to provide the relevant information of the co-owners within two days and the respondent to upload the provided information within 5 days. A compliance report shall also be submitted to the Authority within a period of one week.

Hence, the report is disposed off.
