Five FIRs Filed against Ansals in land scam case

Five new FIRs have been filed against Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd (APIL) in Lucknow over a land scam involving over ?50 lakh. Buyers, including Advocate Vishnu Dev Pandey and Pramod Kumar, allege they paid for plots, shops, or flats years ago but never received possession. Complaints detail delays exceeding a decade, with no refunds or delivery. These FIRs add to 14 previous ones filed against Ansal API, with charges including fraud and intimidation. Police have assured further action based on evidence and investigation. Company directors, including Pranav and Sushil Ansal, are under scrutiny in this growing real estate scam.
