Rajasthan Launches Eight Residential Projects Across Jaipur and Other Cities

Rajasthan’s Urban Development and Housing Minister, Jhabar Singh Kharra, launched eight residential projects on May 12, 2025, including three by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and five by the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB). JDA’s schemes offer 765 plots in Jaipur, including Ganga Vihar, Yamuna Vihar, and Saraswati Vihar, with prices ranging from Rs 14,000 to Rs 15,500 per sqm. RHB’s projects include high-income group flats in Jaipur and independent houses in Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur, with prices ranging from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 90.4 lakh. Applications for the JDA plots are open until June 12, 2025.
