B L Kashyap Secures ₹ 510 Crore Contract for Sky Palazzo Residences in Gurugram

B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd. has won a Rs 510 crore contract from Fidatocity Homes to build the Sky Palazzo Residences in Gurugram's Sector 88B. The project, covering 28.3 lakh sq. ft., is expected to be completed in 33 months. Vineet Kashyap, the Managing Director, emphasized the importance of the National Capital Region (NCR) in the company’s expansion plans. The development will offer luxury living with modern amenities, contributing to Gurugram's growing real estate market. This contract strengthens B L Kashyap’s order book and supports its ongoing growth in the sector.
