Karnataka RERA Directs Eco Life Developers to Transfer Project Documents and Funds
Dated on: Monday 26th October 2026Karnataka RERA has directed Eco Life Developers to complete the registration of the homebuyers’ association within 60 days and fulfil outstanding legal obligations concerning common areas and property rights. The order followed a complaint by homebuyer Swetha Rangaswamy, who alleged that the developer had failed to provide proof of the association’s registration despite completing the apartments and handing over possession. The authority directed the developer to comply with relevant provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and execute the necessary conveyance or transfer documents for common areas and associated ownership rights.
