YEIDA Approves 200-Acre Logistics Park, Plans 8,000-Hectare Industrial Hub Near Noida Airport
Dated on: Wednesday 30th September 2026The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has approved a 200-acre multimodal logistics park at Tappal-Bajna and moved ahead with plans for an 8,000-hectare industrial node south of Noida International Airport. Land for the logistics park will be offered to eligible investors through e-auction. YEIDA is also appointing a consultant to prepare the industrial node’s master plan. The projects are aimed at expanding industrial activity, employment and modern supply-chain infrastructure around the airport region. The authority also approved a corpus-fund mechanism to support long-term maintenance of roads, drainage, water supply and other civic infrastructure.
