UP-RERA Shifts QPR Professional Certificates to Digital Filing

Uttar Pradesh RERA has introduced a digital filing process for professional certificates submitted with Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) as part of the transition to the UP RERA 2.0 portal. Under the revised system, REG-1 (Architect), REG-2 (Engineer) and REG-3 (Chartered Accountant) will be submitted as structured digital forms instead of scanned PDFs. The certificates must be filed sequentially and authenticated through the respective professional’s Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Key project details will be auto-filled, while figures must remain consistent with previous-quarter filings. Once all three certificates are submitted, the system will complete the QPR filing process.
