Odisha RERA Asks Promoters to Update OC/CC Details Within 30 Days
Dated on: Tuesday 15th September 2026Odisha RERA (ORERA) has directed real-estate promoters to upload updated details of their Occupancy Certificates (OC) and Completion Certificates (CC) on the authority’s portal within 30 days. The move is aimed at closing gaps in project records and improving transparency for homebuyers. Promoters of projects whose registration periods have expired are also being brought under scrutiny. Non-compliance could invite regulatory action, including penalties and restrictions on registrations. The directive strengthens ORERA’s focus on ensuring that project completion and occupancy information remains current and publicly available.
