Haryana RERA Orders Ocus Skyscrapers Realty to Pay 10.8% Interest
Dated on: Monday 7th September 2026Haryana RERA has directed Ocus Skyscrapers Realty to pay 10.8% annual interest to a homebuyer for delayed possession of a commercial unit in its Ocus 24K project in Sector 68, Gurugram. Under the December 2013 buyer agreement, possession was due by December 16, 2018, while the occupation certificate was granted in July 2019 and possession offered shortly afterward. The authority ordered interest on the amount paid from the contractual due date through September 18, 2019. The developer must also execute the conveyance deed within three months and clear the interest arrears within 90 days.
