Telangana RERA Orders Aparna Constructions to Hand Over Flat Despite Civil Dispute

The authority observed that unresolved litigation alone cannot be used as a reason to delay possession when the allottee has fulfilled contractual obligations. TG RERA emphasized that developers must comply with the commitments made under the sale agreement and the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
