Gujarat RERA Increases Scrutiny of New Projects

Builders may now be required to resolve outstanding complaints, penalties, and compliance gaps before receiving full project registration. The initiative is intended to improve transparency, enhance accountability, and provide greater protection to homebuyers by ensuring only compliant developers launch new projects.
