Thousands of complaints, including long-pending matters from previous years, have now been resolved. The authority handled a large volume of cases in 2025, providing relief to homebuyers through refunds, compensation, and timely decisions. This achievement reflects increased efficiency and faster processing of real estate disputes. With the backlog eliminated, the focus will now be on handling fresh cases filed from 2025 onwards, ensuring quicker justice and strengthening trust among homebuyers and developers.
