Odisha RERA Tribunal Fines Developer Rs 10 Lakh for Unfair Trade Practices

The ruling emphasized that misleading advertisements and failure to adhere to approved plans amount to a serious breach of consumer trust. The tribunal directed the developer to comply with all RERA obligations, reinforcing the importance of transparency and accountability in Odisha’s real estate sector.
