Telangana RERA Orders Builder to Form Villa Owners’ Association After Harassment Allegations

Telangana RERA has directed Prime Infratech, developer of the Prime Alpenia villa project in Mokila, Hyderabad, to register a Villa Owners’ Association within 45 days. The order follows complaints from a resident alleging harassment and unauthorized fund collection due to the absence of a formal association.
