On April 28, 2017, the Uttarakhand Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules were published. The state government established an online platform to assist homebuyers in registering their grievances. The RERA statute provides various benefits to customers, developers, and investors by providing openness, protection, integrity, and sanctions.
