RERA in Rajasthan

Rajasthan implemented RERA on June 1, 2017, becoming the country's third state to do so after Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

The Rajasthan government has issued its rules under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 in order to control and promote real estate development in the state. The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority not only contributes to the development of a transparent and efficient property market, but it also allows home purchasers and investors to hold stakeholders accountable for their investment.
