New petition filed by NDMC to oust central Delhi Le Meridien

Dated on: Wednesday 26th July 2017

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) in the early March of this year scrapped the license of the hotel, on
account of non-payment of the license fee, in a meeting led by the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
However, the operating company of Le Meridien, CJ International Hotels have been in dispute with the NDMC as
soon as they overtook possession of the property.
