The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has successfully auctioned approximately 7,100 Amrapali Group flats, generating over ?7,000 crore. This strategic move aims to expedite the completion of stalled housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida. The auctioned units were secured by three developers: Mansan Builders, Gaursons India, and Happy Valley Infra.
