State owned housing Development Agencies will have to register with RERA in Karnataka!

Putting a stop to all the complications surrounding registrations of projects of state-owned housing Development Agencies in Karnataka, the Karnataka law Department has clarified that all the Authorities will have to register their projects with Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority as soon as possible. This includes ongoing projects of Bangalore Development Authority and Karnataka Housing Board.

In the recent past, these state-owned Authorities were seeking exemption from RERA, but now the commissioners of both the Authorities have agreed upon registering the projects and will also proceed with the same at the earliest.
