Haryana RERA Orders Czar Buildwell to Pay ₹14.7 Lakh to Homebuyer
Dated on: Wednesday 21st October 2026Haryana RERA has directed Czar Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. to pay ₹14.7 lakh in compensation to Delhi-based homebuyer Saurav Banerjee over a stalled affordable housing project, Mahira Homes-104 in Sector 104, Gurugram. The buyer had paid approximately ₹13.2 lakh but reportedly received neither an allotment letter nor any meaningful construction progress. The authority ordered ₹13.2 lakh for loss of property appreciation, ₹1 lakh for mental harassment and ₹50,000 towards litigation expenses. The developer must also pay 11% annual interest on the awarded amount from the date of the order until payment.
