Telangana RERA Orders BVR Infra to Refund ₹10.95 Lakh with 10.7% Interest
Dated on: Monday 19th October 2026Telangana RERA has directed BVR Infra Developers to refund ₹10.95 lakh with 10.7% annual interest to two buyers who purchased a plot in the unregistered SV Golden City-III project in Kadthal, Rangareddy district. The buyers, M. Sheela and Padma Sreeramulu, paid the full amount but received neither possession nor a registered sale deed. The authority clarified that tentative layout approval does not replace mandatory RERA registration. The developer must complete the refund within 30 days of receiving the order. TG RERA has also directed the initiation of penalty proceedings for marketing and selling plots without registration.
