UP RERA Extends QPR Filing Deadline to October 21, Mandates Digital Signatures
Dated on: Tuesday 13th October 2026The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has extended the deadline for submitting Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to October 21, 2026. Under the revised procedure, developers must submit digitally signed certificates along with their reports. The architect must sign REG-1, the engineer REG-2, and the chartered accountant REG-3 using valid Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs). The extension provides stakeholders additional time to adapt to the new digital filing system. UP RERA has also advised homebuyers to make payments only into their project's designated collection account and verify bank details through the official portal.
