UP RERA Approves 11 Real Estate Projects Worth ₹2,086 Crore
Dated on: Thursday 8th October 2026UP RERA has approved 11 real estate projects across five districts of Uttar Pradesh, involving investments of around ₹2,086 crore. The projects are expected to develop 1,873 residential and commercial units. Gautam Buddh Nagar accounts for the largest share, with two residential projects attracting ₹1,800 crore and covering nearly 1,398 units. Lucknow follows with five projects, including residential and commercial developments. Projects have also been approved in Ghaziabad, Barabanki and Moradabad. The approvals are expected to support planned real estate growth, increase economic activity and generate employment. The move reflects UP RERA’s continued focus on transparent and accountable development.
