HRERA Rejects Tata Primanti Buyers’ Claims After Conveyance Deed

Dated on: Thursday 8th October 2026

The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) has rejected claims filed by buyers of Tata Primanti in Gurugram. The homebuyers sought compensation for alleged delays, refunds related to maintenance and electricity, payment for pending amenities, and relief over structural concerns. HRERA noted that the project had received its Occupation Certificate in June 2017, while the buyers were allotted their units later. The Authority also observed that the conveyance deed was executed in September 2022 without any recorded objection or reservation. Based on these circumstances, HRERA declined the buyers’ monetary claims, highlighting the significance of timely objections and reservations during property documentation.
