Haryana RERA-Panchkula Plans Predictive Monitoring of Real Estate Projects

Dated on: Wednesday 9th September 2026

Haryana RERA-Panchkula chairman Parneet S. Sachdev said the next phase of RERA should focus on technology-driven, predictive monitoring rather than resolving complaints only after projects face problems. He said AI, data analytics, drones, smart monitoring and real-time project information could help identify warning signs 8–10 months before a project gets into serious trouble. Sachdev also highlighted improvements at Haryana RERA-Panchkula, including faster project registrations and a target to resolve most cases within 60 days by March next year. He said the regulator’s objective is practical relief—ensuring homebuyers either receive their homes or recover their money.
