MahaRERA Recovery Warrants Worth ₹146.5 Crore Pending in Pune
Dated on: Monday 7th September 2026Pune district has 186 pending MahaRERA recovery warrants involving ₹146.5 crore, prompting District Collector Jitendra Dudi to direct revenue officials to clear all outstanding cases by April-end. The pending warrants are part of 304 cases worth ₹248.77 crore; authorities have already executed 118 warrants involving ₹102.17 crore between April 2025 and January 2026. Officials have been instructed to take coercive action against defaulting developers, including property attachment and public auctions, to recover homebuyers’ money. The district administration will also publish recovery data online to improve transparency.
