UP-RERA Makes Digital Quarterly Certificates Mandatory From September 2026
Dated on: Wednesday 2nd September 2026UP-RERA has introduced mandatory digital submission of quarterly certificates by architects, engineers and chartered accountants from the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The professionals will submit digitally signed certificates directly through the UP-RERA portal, after which promoters can upload their Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs). The move aims to improve the accuracy, transparency and reliability of project progress data. The digitally certified information will also support the upcoming UP-RERA 2.0 portal. Two help desks in Lucknow and Greater Noida will assist promoters and professionals during the transition.
