Haryana RERA Grants 4-Month Extension to Eligible Projects

The decision follows guidance from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, which recognised supply-chain difficulties and shortages of construction materials. The relief applies to registered projects meeting specified eligibility conditions, including those whose completion or extended completion deadline falls on or after February 28, 2026, and projects registered by July 31, 2026. Promoters do not need to file separate applications to receive the extension. The move aims to support timely project completion amid ongoing construction-related challenges.
