UP RERA Approves 10 New Projects Worth ₹1,412 Crore Across Five Districts

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has granted registration to 10 new real estate projects with a total estimated investment of ₹1,412 crore. These developments are located in Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, and Moradabad and will add approximately 1,632 residential and commercial units to the market. The approvals were issued after verifying compliance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The newly registered projects are expected to strengthen the state's real estate sector, improve housing availability, encourage planned urban development, and provide greater transparency and confidence for homebuyers and investors.
