OREAT Rules ORERA Cannot Retain Full Registration Fees

The Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (OREAT) has ruled that ORERA cannot retain the entire registration fee when a project registration is withdrawn. The tribunal held that only reasonable processing charges may be deducted before refunding the balance, reinforcing fairness and transparency in regulatory administration.
