Noida Authority Issues Strict Warning to ATS Homes Over Delays in Sports City Project
Dated on: Friday 14th November 2025The Noida Authority has taken action against ATS Homes over long-pending commitments in the Sports City project at Sector 152. The developer was given land in 2015 with the condition that key sports facilities and related infrastructure would be completed within five years. However, a recent review showed that major parts of the project remain unfinished, and the required sports amenities have not been delivered. The Authority also noted that ATS still owes a large amount in pending dues, estimated at over Rs 2,700 crore. The developer has been asked to explain the delays or face stricter enforcement.
