Projects with OC applications before May 2017 exempt from registration: Karnataka

This clarification resolves confusion about the registration requirements for such projects. K-RERA dismissed complaints from homebuyers of the Hamilton Homes project, who argued that the project was incomplete and should be registered under RERA.
