According to a senior official from the ministry of housing and urban affairs, a detailed note on the Centre's recent decision on the formation of the committees was sent to all ministries on Thursday.

The ministry of housing and urban affairs will organise committees involving stakeholders from each state, including homebuyers, developers, and RERA officials, to investigate incidents in which real estate regulatory authorities' instructions have not been followed.
